The testing consisted of tracking different temperatures across the system, as well as relevant ambient data like solar irradiance and temperature for that particular day.  The time interval of 30 minutes for each test reading was chosen to reflect the time constant that was predicted in the initial design calculations.  The water temperature could then be correlated with leaving air temperature in the connected ducted air space, and efficiency can be tracked across multiple days with different ambient conditions.
